A combined analysis of the free and quasi-free γN → η′N, NN → NNη′, and πN → η′N reactions has been performed within an effective Lagrangian approach. It is found that a set of above-threshold resonances {S11, P11, P13}, with fitted mass values of about MR = 1925, 2130, and 2050 MeV, respectively, and the four-star sub-threshold P13(1720) resonance reproduce best all existing data for the η′ production processes in the resonance-energy region up to √s = 2.35 GeV.
