Experimental investigation of liquid droplets deformation features during motion through the air with velocities up to 5 m/s was executed. Typical liquids (water, kerosene, ethanol) were observed. More than ten successive “strain cycles” were investigated during the droplets motions of the 1 m distance thought the air. Characteristics times of droplet changes from form to form, and possible “deformation modes” were determined.
