QED radiative corrections to the muon anomalous magnetic moment and elastic electron-proton scattering are discussed. It is shown that a collective effect due to mutual interaction of muons within experimental conditions might provide a contribution to the observed muon magnetic moment. This effect is parameterized by an effective mean shift of muons off their mass shells. Higher order corrections to elastic electronproton at low energies are systematically treated within the leading and next-to-leading logarithmic approximation. The corrections are relevant for the modern experiments on proton form factor and charge radius definition.
