Modeling and Simulation Issues at EDF enabling Energy Challenges

After a short introduction of EDF group and R&D involvement in energy issues, we will present High Performance Computing facilities and some use cases of computing resources to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow. We will then look at how new technologies and game changers are integrated into an industrial workflow. We will address the subjects of digital sobriety of simulations, LLM impact, cloud computing and quantum computing.
