Tunable emission of an external-cavity Yb:KGW monolithic solid-state laser

Tunable microchip/monolithic lasers are expected to show promising applications. In this work external cavity techniques are applied to a Yb:KGW monolithic laser achieving 35 nm tuning by balancing Nm and Np emission polarizations.
