We present a calorimeter optimized for a Higgs factory, featuring both high energy resolution for jets and an ultra-fine structure compatible with Particle Flow Algorithms (PFA). This design enhances the identification of the parent particle of the jet. Simulations indicate that high energy resolution can be achieved by concurrently measuring scintillation light and Cherenkov light, leveraging their correlation. We propose this type of the calorimeter as an economical calorimeter with high radiation resistance. Unlike conventional hadron calorimeters, which typically have a resolution worse than ~50%/√(E(GeV) , this calorimeter is expected to achieve an energy resolution of better than 32%/√E(GeV) .
