Airfield lighting systems are critical to the safety of aircraft landing and take-off operations, especially during night flights. However, these systems are often installed in large and severe environments, making them difficult to inspect and maintain. Faced with these challenges, the implementation of an airfield lighting monitoring system is imperative. This device would be able to quickly and accurately detect any failure, allowing the necessary repairs to be made on time. This system would be responsible for checking the operating status of the lamps and transmitting failure or aging notifications via the Ethernet TCP/IP communication protocol. This would require the installation of new additional Fiber optic cables to connect all the lamps of the same category.
